The Arroyo Perico Pérez is a river in the south of Uruguay . It runs in the territory of the Department of San José . It rises about 15 kilometers northeast of San José de Mayo immediately west of the source of the Arroyo Zanja Honda , a tributary of the Arroyo Cagancha . From there it flows in a westerly direction, passes the mapped point Perico Pérez and flows four to five kilometers northeast of the city limits of San José de Mayo and north of Raigón as a left tributary into the Arroyo Carreta Quemada .
