The Arroyo Román Grande is a river located in western Uruguay .
The river, which belongs to the catchment area of the Río Uruguay, runs in the area of the Río Negro department and flows north of Nuevo Berlín into the Río Uruguay. Its tributaries include the Arroyo Román Chico and the Arroyo Juanín .
