The Arroyo Sarandí is a river in the south of Uruguay .
The left tributary of the Río de la Plata has its source in the department of Canelones . The spring is close to those of the Arroyo Cueva del Tigre and the Arroyo Quebracho near Ruta 9 . From there it flows in a winding course in a predominantly south-westerly direction, crosses under the Ruta 103 and flows into the Río de la Plata between La Floresta and Costa Azul .
