The Arroyo Sauce de Macedo is a river in northern Uruguay .
It rises in the area of the Department of Artigas in the Cuchilla Yacaré Cururú southeast of the source of the Arroyo del Catalancito . From there it flows almost parallel to the Arroyo del Catalancito in a northeasterly direction, crosses under the Ruta 30 and flows as a left tributary into the Arroyo Catalán Grande .
