The Arroyo Tropa Vieja is a river in the south of Uruguay .
The left tributary of the Arroyo Pando is in the area of the Department Canelones in its 17th sector . Arising north of Marindia from the Piedra del Toro and the del Cisne , it initially flows in a westerly direction and crosses under the Ruta 87 . After a change in course to the south, it then continues its way, crossing under the Ruta Interbalnearia , through Neptunia , to then flow into the Arroyo Pando in the urban area near the coast on the border with El Pinar .
