The Arroyo Yacaré Grande is a river in northern Uruguay .
It rises in the area of the Department Artigas in the Cuchilla Yacaré Cururú in Topador south of the Cerro Topador . From there it flows first in a westerly and then in a north-westerly direction and flows into the Río Cuareim in the north-western tip of Uruguay as a left tributary .
