The Arroyo de la Caballada is a small river in the south of Uruguay .

The left side, about ten kilometer long tributary of the Río de la Plata arises from the Cuchilla de la Colonia springing del Reducto and the in Cuchilla Riachuelo overflowing de la Higuera at an altitude of about 70 meters above sea level. From there it runs in the area of ​​the Colonia department east of the city of Colonia del Sacramento from north to south.
