The Arroyo del Medio is a river in Uruguay .
The river, which belongs to the catchment area of the Río Uruguay, has its source not far east of La Concordia . From there it flows in a northeastern direction and flows northeast of La Concordia downstream of the mouth of the Arroyo del Espinillo as a left tributary into the Río San Salvador .
