Arsenal Saint-Hilaire

The Arsenal Saint-Hilaire in Schlettstadt , a French city in the Bas-Rhin in the region Alsace , was built 1518th The arsenal at number 2a rue des Chevaliers has been classified as a Monument historique since 1984 . In 1785 the arsenal was named after the artillery commander Marc Gaspard Capriol de Saint-Hilaire.

The arsenal originally consisted of two buildings, one of which was demolished around 1910.

The brick building has red sandstone corner blocks . The roof, which was renewed in 2014, is covered with beaver tails .
