Arthur Carl Lichtenberger (born January 8, 1900 in Oshkosh , Wisconsin , † September 3, 1968 in Bethel , Vermont ) was an American clergyman and from 1958 to 1964 Presiding Bishop and head of the Episcopal Church in the USA .
