Arthur Francken (life dates unknown) was a German football player .

Career

Francken belonged to the Cologne FC 1899 , for whom he played in the championships held by the Rheinisch-Westfälischer Spiel-Verband in the 1905/06 season in the Cologne district as a defender point games. In a six-team district league, he prevailed with his team with two points ahead of the Bonn FV . As one of four district champions, Cologne FC 1899 took part in the final round of the West German Championship . Equal on points with Duisburg SpV , a playoff was necessary, which Cologne FC 1899 won 3-2 on April 29, 1906.
