Arthur W. Neubert

Arthur W. Neubert (born October 8, 1919 in Berlin ) is a German actor and noisemaker .

Life

Neubert received his professional training at the stage studio in Berlin. The first theater engagement led him to the Volkstheater Pankow. After that he found a professional field of activity in Berlin for a long time. Neubert played at the Schwankbühne Kurt Seiferts , at Rudolf Plattes Theater in the Kastanienallee, at the cabaret Frischer Wind and at Bert Brecht's Berliner Ensemble .

From the 1950s he also worked in various functions in DEFA film productions . As an actor, he appeared in films such as Gerhard Klein's Berlin - Ecke Schönhauser , Martin Hellberg's historical film Thomas Müntzer - A Film of German History and several comedies in the series Das Stacheltier . He also acted as a sound engineer and voice actor for DEFA.
