Arve Vorvik (born January 7, 1974 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

Vorvik played his first World Cup competition on February 8, 1995 in Lillehammer . On the large hill he reached the 40th place. In ski flying in Vikersund he was on February 18 th. In March he won the gold medal on the normal hill at the Norwegian Ski Jumping Championships. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1995 in Thunder Bay , he was able to achieve 28th place on the large hill. For the World Cup competition on February 17th, 1996 in Iron Mountain , he achieved the best individual placement of his career with the 8th place in his first competition on the large hill. A short time later he won the silver medal at the Norwegian Championships on the normal hill and with the team. In the World Cup, on the other hand, he was barely able to jump to the top positions and in some cases clearly missed the points. However, he continued to be successful at the national level. He won the silver medal on the normal hill at the Norwegian Championship in Mo i Rana in 1997 . After further unsuccessful jumps, Vorvik competed on February 2nd, 1997 in Willingen his last World Cup competition. He then jumped for two more years at national level and became Norwegian champion again with the team in Trondheim in 1998 .

Vorvik now lives in Trondheim .
