Medical group in accordance with federal regulations

The group of doctors originally formed part of the medical train according to STAN no. 041. It included two medical squad cars (ArztTrKW) each with a doctor and an ambulance trucks (KrLKW) on which the group leader was a crew member. The physician group had a thickness of 2/3/9/ 14 . Four helpers as well as one doctor and one subordinate should be ABC helpers. With the law on the reorganization of civil protection (ZSNeuOG), the STAN on the part of the federal government for the medical train expired.

The conception for a group of doctors was taken up or continued and adapted by some states: a group of doctors according to the law of the state of Saxony-Anhalt consists of two doctors, an organizational head of the rescue service as a group leader and two helpers.
