    The Regional Assembly of Murcia ( Spanish Asamblea Regional de Murcia ) is the autonomous parliament of the Murcia region . The unicameral assembly, which consisted of 45 elected parliamentary seats, is located in the city of Cartagena .

    The People's Party (PP) retained its majority in the 2011 regional elections in Murcia with 33 out of 45 seats. In 2015, it lost its majority and was one seat below the majority with 22 seats. Since August 2019, the PP and the C's have been forming a joint coalition government. This is supported by VOX .
