construction

The 2½-story house with a rectangular floor plan has three bays on each side. It was created from gray ashlar . A semicircular portico with Ionic columns , which was later glazed, is built in front of the central yoke of the entrance front. The windows on the ground floor extend to the floor.

The top floor is divided into three parts: the two outer yokes of the entrance facade are drawn in the line of the two main floors, while the middle yoke jumps back. The two outer yokes are connected by a balustrade.
