Asqar Achmetuly Mussinow ( Kazakh Асқар Ахметұлы Мусинов , Russian Аскар Ахметович Мусинов Askar Achmetowitsch Mussinow , English Askar Akhmetovich Mussinov ; born 11. April 1961 in Alma-Ata , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh politician , diplomat and a personality of Islam . He is Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan .

He worked as a military translator in Libya , was chief of protocol to the President of Kazakhstan and Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Egypt , Algeria , Tunisia , Morocco , the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the states of the Persian Gulf . In 2006 he was appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Arab Emirates and South Africa .

He is currently his country's deputy foreign minister. He was one of the participants in the 2014 London Conference on Afghanistan on December 4, 2014.

He was one of the signatories of the Amman Message ( Amman Message ).

He has received many awards for his services.
