Astroloba corrugata is a species of the genus Astroloba in the subfamily of the Affodilla family (Asphodeloideae). The specific epithet corrugata comes from Latin , means 'wrinkled' and refers to the appearance of the leaves.
description
Vegetative characteristics
The usually upright leaves of Astroloba corrugata form five straight rows or are rarely tiled on the shoots. The light to dark green leaf blade is 14 to 25 millimeters long and 11 to 18 millimeters wide. The leaf tips are curved outwards. The tip is 0.4 to 1 millimeter long. Warts on the leaf surface are always present and tend to be arranged in longitudinal lines. The warts have a diameter of 0.5 millimeters and are of the same color as the leaf surface.
Inflorescences and flowers
The unbranched inflorescence is a loose-flowered grape 10 to 43 centimeters in length. The white or cream-colored, pale pink or greenish tinged flowers are on 2 to 9 millimeter long peduncles and have whitish or cream-colored tips. Their midrib is tinged with green and beige or pink. The perigon tube is 7 to 12 millimeters long and has a diameter of 2.5 to 3 millimeters. Their tips have a length of about 1.5 to 2 millimeters. The tissue on either side of the outer tepals is occasionally slightly inflated.

Astroloba corrugata is common in the Western Cape province of South Africa.
The first description by Nicole L. Meyer and Gideon Francois Smith was published in 1998.
