The Atna is a 97 km long right tributary of the Glomma in the Norwegian province of Innlandet .
The Atna has its origin in Lake Verkilsdalsvatn in the north of the Rondane and flows into the Glomma 24 kilometers north of Koppang . Myldinga, Satz and Hira are the largest tributaries.
The catchment area has a continental climate with low annual rainfall and usually little snow in winter. The highest mountains reach over 2000 meters.
The Atna flows through the 5 km² large lake Atnsjøen at an altitude of 701 m.
