Auberge des Alliés

The Auberge des Alliés building in Schlettstadt , a French town in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region , was built in 1537. The hostel (French auberge) at 39 rue des Chevaliers has been classified as a monument historique since 1934 .

history

The two-storey building was built as a guild house for the tailors , who had held their meetings in a previous building since the 15th century. After the revolution , the building was converted into a hostel with an inn.
