Auburn (* 2. December 1988 in Minneapolis as Jessica Auburn Williams ) is an American R & B - Pop - singer .

biography

At 13, she was already singing in a band called Loyal , which supported B2K , but it wasn't until her MySpace page that she became known as a soloist. In 2007 she released her debut album Same Giirl on an independent label. After a US tour supporting Keyshia Cole , she signed the label Beluga Heights from JR Rotem and released the single La La La with her in the summer of 2010 , on which she was supported by Iyaz . The song topped the Heatseeker charts for three weeks and reached number 51 on the official US Hot 100 .
