August Quednau
August Quednau (* 1868 ; † May 17, 1931 in Stobben in the Angerburg district , East Prussia ) was a German teacher and local researcher .
Life
Quednau devoted himself to researching climatological, geological and ornithological relationships in the Lake Wall area in East Prussia . He was a teacher in Stobben , today Pniewo, Stadt-Landgemeinde Angerburg . August Quednau died during a boat trip on the Mauersee and was buried on the island of Upalten, which is no longer open to the public .
