history

In a sales deed from 1420, Aumühle is first mentioned as Aumull as part of the Hofmark Greifenberg . The owners of the Hofmark had been the Lords of Perfall since 1507 , and a half-yard in Aumühle is mentioned in 1761 .

After secularization , the wasteland became part of the newly formed community of Unterschondorf in the Landsberg district court in the course of the municipal edicts of 1818 .

With the amalgamation of the communities Oberschondorf and Unterschondorf on January 1, 1970, Aumühle became part of the newly created community Schondorf am Ammersee.
