Landsberg district court
The Landsberg Regional Court was the administrative legal organizational unit of the Electorate and the Kingdom of Bavaria on the Landespurch in Landsberg am Lech .
history
The nursing court or regional court was first mentioned in documents in 1270 and 1280, respectively. In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 . The Landsberg District Court is therefore to be regarded as the predecessor organization of the Landsberg am Lech District Office as well as the Landsberg am Lech District Court .
On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Landsberg , the district of which corresponded to that of the previous district court district of the older order. From parts of the district court districts Dachau and Landsberg, the independent district court Bruck was formed in 1823 , which later became the district of Fürstenfeldbruck .
