Thalhofen is a district of the Upper Bavarian town of Landsberg am Lech in the district of the same name .

geography

The hamlet of Thalhofen is located about four kilometers southeast of Landsberg am Lech, not far from the municipality of Pürgen in Lechrain .

history

Thalhofen is first mentioned in 1171 as Thalhoven .

The hamlet belonged to the Mitteramt of the Landsberg Regional Court , in 1752 a property is mentioned. It was completely owned by the Wessobrunn Monastery . There was also a Zehentstadel of the monastery in Thalhofen.

The hamlet belonged to the former municipality of Reisch and was incorporated into Landsberg am Lech on July 1, 1972 .
