Entraching is a district of the municipality of Finning in the Upper Bavarian district of Landsberg am Lech .

geography

The parish village of Entraching is located about two kilometers southeast of Finning on a moraine line . The Windach flows to the west in a flat valley .

history

The Keltenschanze Entraching is located about three kilometers south of the parish village .

Entraching is first mentioned in 1032 as Antrichingen , the place name comes from the personal name Anttrich.

In 1552, 21 properties are mentioned, 16 of which were built for the Benediktbeuern monastery and five for the St. Jakob Church in Entraching. The parish church itself was incorporated into the Benediktbeuern monastery since 1395.

The ownership structure shows only minor changes in 1752, the Benediktbeuern monastery was 18, the church St. Jakob four, as well as the community and the Pfarrwiddum one property each.

In legal terms , the church village belonged to the Hofstetten area of the Mitteramt of the Landsberg district court , which held both the low and high jurisdiction .

Attractions
