Schöffelding is a district of the municipality of Windach in the Upper Bavarian district of Landsberg am Lech . The federal motorway 96 runs past the site to the south.
history
The parish village was first documented in 1150. It is located on the old salt trade route between Landsberg am Lech and Munich . In the 12th century the village was owned by the von Dünzelbach bailiffs . In 1442 the court is owned by the Wessobrunn monastery .
On January 1, 1972, the formerly independent community of Schöffelding was incorporated into Windach.
