Recreational sport

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The term compensatory sport or supplementary training encompasses all sports that are not related to the respective sport. If the sport is chosen for mental relaxation, it is also an exercise sport. Reasons to choose a balance to the respective sport vary from person to person. The choice of sport also depends on other factors such as personality, money , technology, fun factor, existing health problems and flexibility.

Reasons for exercise

The choice of a permanent recreational sport can be made from various objectives. By choosing a suitable alternative training course, speed , anaerobic endurance , coordination or strength can be improved. On the other hand, the choice can also be made to balance everyday life or mental balance in individual sports.
