Autonepiophilia , also known as adult baby syndrome, is a sexual practice from the field of erotic ageplay . The practice is also called baby play (from English baby play ). Since then he has masturbated almost every day, always using the sister's cot whenever possible. From then on he was always tied to the use of "cots" or "children's linen" to satisfy his sexual urges. Only little cots made of red or at best red-and-white striped inlet with a flowered cover and lace trimmings stimulated him sexually, so that he got erections at the sight of them and had no other thought than to satisfy himself with them. Other older descriptions can be found, for example, in the 1966 edition of the American Journal of Psychiatry using the example of a 29-year-old milkman . He lived out his preference until he was finally discovered by his wife with diapers and rubber pants . The man was admitted to prison psychiatry, also because he allegedly molested his daughters.

Fetish act

Autonepiophilia is a form of sexual infantilism . This primarily includes the voluntary wearing of diapers without medical necessity and the use of the diapers for the corresponding excretions. In addition, corresponding toddler behavior such as drinking from baby bottles, crawling and / or the desire to be looked after by “Mommy” or “Daddy” can be of secondary importance. Conventional sexual satisfaction in the sense of sex can occur in this variant, but does not have to be. The person concerned can also get satisfaction from the fetish act itself. Men

In the case of affected men, sexual stimulation and immediate pleasure satisfaction are often in the foreground. Women

In contrast to men, affected women are not concerned with the satisfaction of pleasure, but rather with a particularly intense relationship experience with their partner.
