Avalau and Teafuafou is a two-part reef island in the southernmost reef rim of the Atoll Funafuti , Tuvalu .

geography

The island forms the southwest tip of the reef rim. The closest motu are Tengasu in the north and Motugie in the east. It is located in the Kogatapu Conservation Area - South End .
