House Avenariusstraße 3 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Avenariusstraße 3 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was constructed between 1909 and 1911. The villa is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey pyramid roof building , used as a kindergarten since 1976, with a convex stairwell risalit , dwarf house , bay window and portal sculpture was built in the reform style according to the plans of the architect Josef Lang.

The villa was built as the home of the rector of the neighboring Karlsgymnasium .
