The Avenida Carnaval is a street in the Mexican port city of Mazatlan in the state of Sinaloa . It begins in the south opposite the Terminal de Transbordadores de Mazatlán ferry port , which has a regular service with the cities of La Paz and Manzanillo , on Calle Hilario Rodríguez Malpica and ends in the north on Calle Genaro Estrada .

Plaza Machado and Teatro Ángela Peralta are located between the cross streets Constitución and Libertad .
