The Aviatorov Peninsula (English-speaking name of the Russian Полуостров Авиаторов Poluostrow Aviatorow , German ' Flieger Peninsula ' ) is a rocky peninsula on the Knox coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . It's in the Bunger Hills .
Russian scientists named them in memory of all Antarctic pilots. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia translated this name into English in 1989.
