Axel Braun (born September 22, 1966 in Milan ) is an Italian porn director and producer .

Life

Axel Braun, son of Lasse Braun , grew up in Italy . After college, he earned a PhD in psychology . In the late 1980s, Braun left Italy and moved to Los Angeles , where he attended Columbia College film school.

Braun speaks five languages ​​and traveled the world with his father, working as his assistant, screenwriter, cameraman and producer before finally directing his first own project. It was the film The Adventures of the G-Man , the first episode of a successful series.

His breakthrough in the US market, which is important for the sex film industry, came in 1997 with the film The Book of Lust , followed by Sexcape (1998). In addition to the script, he also worked as a producer and director for both films. In 1999 he released Fleshlight in the USA, as well as the highly commercial films Libido and The G-Spot Chronicles , which was one of the best-selling films in Italy.

In 2002 Braun signed an exclusive contract with Elegant Angel Productions and released Gigolo: a love story , Delusion , The Bachelorette , Seduction and Trust (2003).

In November 2002, he had his hands insured for $ 2 million. In January 2003, Patrick Collins appointed him general manager of Elegant Angel, where he continues to work as a director. One of his best known works is the 2003 porno award-winning film Compulsion, starring Ashley Long .

Braun was married to Belladonna's sister from 2005 to 2007 .

On January 8, 2011, on Elvis Presley's birthday , Braun published the porn parody Elvis XXX - A Porn Parody , in which Elvis' fictional friends talk about certain events in his life, such as the affair with Marilyn Monroe, the shooting of Viva Las Vegas or the wedding to Priscilla Presley.
