The film aligns its entire plot to the original film. As is usual with the porn parodies, individual action segments are more or less a 1: 1 implementation of the cinematic model, although certain elements are placed in a sexual context. The plot is then interrupted by sex scenes, which in turn make up a large part of the film. As a special treat, Ron Jeremy , who played an extra role in the Ghostbusters film, can also be seen in a cameo in this film .

The film begins with Peter Venkman conducting a rather unethical experiment with various college students and then having sex with one of the students. Then the Ghostbusters arrive in a library, where they meet a ghost, then they have sex with the female ghost. Then they chase Slimer , who masturbates unrestrainedly in a ballroom.

In the next scene, obsessed Dana and Peter have sex in his apartment. Then the Ghostbusters meet at their headquarters, where Louis Tully (the "Key Master") has sex with Egon and Janine.

As in the original, Zuul then meets the four Ghostbusters. However, during the finale, Ray doesn't think of the marshmallow man, but of his sexy mom, with whom he is then forced to have sex. In the end, the Ghostbusters defeat Zuul.
