Belladonna (porn actress)
Belladonna (born May 21, 1981 in Biloxi , Mississippi as Michelle Sinclair ; also Bella , Bella Donna ) is a former American porn actress and director . She is married to Aiden Kelly and has a daughter with him (born in early 2005).
Life
Sinclair grew up in the Mormon metropolis of Salt Lake City , Utah . It has Scottish , German and Cherokee roots. Her father was a former Mormon bishop and captain in the United States Air Force . Sinclair lived in Wiesbaden , Los Angeles and Spain , among others . In the meantime, she was also engaged to the Spanish actor Nacho Vidal , whom she had met while producing a porn film .
She made her first film Real Sex when she was 18 years old. In 2003, Sinclair played the female lead as Jessie in the award-winning work The Fashionistas and in the sequel Fashionistas Safado - The Challenge by director John Stagliano .
Sinclair has appeared in more than 300 productions and at the end of 2003 temporarily retired as an actress in the straight segment. Since then she has worked as the director of her own production company Belladonna Entertainment, Inc. , in whose productions she mostly appears in so-called girl / girl scenes. Also, Sinclair can occasionally be seen in other lesbian works (e.g. Bella Loves Jenna ). She also made several films while pregnant. As of September 2014, the Internet Adult Film Database (IAFD) lists 338 films in which Sinclair has starred. The IAFD also lists 89 films in which it has directed. In 2004, Sinclair was portrayed as one of 30 well-known porn stars by American photographer Timothy Greenfield-Sanders in his book XXX: 30 Porn-Star Portraits and his HBO documentary Thinking XXX .
In 2008 she received an AVN Award for Best Director - Non Feature . In the August 2008 issue of Genesis magazine , Sinclair was ranked number 5 on the Porn's Hot 100 cast list. In 2008 she appeared in the documentary 9to5 - Days in Porn by Jens Hoffmann.
In 2012 she ended her career as a porn actress and director.
In 2014, Sinclair had a major speaking role in Inherent Vice by Paul Thomas Anderson .
