Axel LaDeur

Axel LaDeur (* 1966 in Celle ) is a German church musician and freelance musician.

Life

Axel LaDeur has held the position of church organist at the Kreuzkirche in Hanover since 1992 . He is the initiator of concert series and art productions in Hanover and in Germany.

LaDeur became known through the CD production Premier Mouvement, music for saxophone and organ with the Hanoverian saxophonist Thomas Zander (Roger Cicero-BigBand). His concerts also made it famous. He was the only German participant to be invited to the Bach Festival in Rio de Janeiro in 2000. LaDeur started a second career in 1998 as musical director of the Landesbühne Hannover (today Theater for Lower Saxony ).

In 1995 he gave organ concerts in Brazil in Sao Paulo, Salvador da Bahia. Theater productions, musicals and musical direction followed from 1999 to 2006. In 2000 he gave an organ concert in the Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro . In 2005 there was a dance improvisation concert by Job for the 30th Evangelical Church Congress in Hanover with the dance artist Manfred Schnelle from Dresden. 2007 was a collaboration with the boys' choir Hanover , with which he recorded a CD in 2008.

In 2012 his concert "Orgel und Orchester" (together with the Hannoversche Hofkapelle under the direction of Marlene Goede-Uter) was recorded by the Landesfunkhaus Hannover of the NDR . LaDeur was a talk guest on the NDR show "Musikland" on July 27, 2012, in which the concert was broadcast.

In 2013, at the invitation of the Goethe Institute, he gave an organ concert with works by German and French composers in Curitiba , Brazil, as well as a concert in the French Friedrichstadtkirche (so-called French Cathedral) in Berlin with a special program on French influences from German baroque composers
