Ayako Hirose ( Japanese 広 瀬 綾 子 , Hirose Ayako ; born January 21, 1969 ) is a former Japanese tennis player .

Career

Ayako Hirose's professional tennis career lasted from 1987 to 1995. During this period, she won no tournament on the WTA tour . At ITF level, she won a single and three double titles. The Japanese achieved her best placements in the women's world rankings with rank 216 in singles and rank 115 in doubles (both in 1993). Hirose never took part in a Grand Slam tournament in an individual competition in her professional career .
