Ayhan Bilek (born December 31, 1964 in Adana , Turkey ) is a former Turkish football player and current coach .
Player career
Ayhan Bilek came to Germany at the age of ten . There he first played in the youth team of Hertha BSC in Berlin before moving to VfB Neukölln for a year . There he won the Berlin B youth championship, after which he moved to Hertha in the U19.
At Hertha BSC, Ayhan Bilek joined the professional squad under Uwe Kliemann . There Bilek made his professional debut on the penultimate matchday of the second division season 1984/85 when he came on for Bayram Cakal in the 1-1 draw against VfR Bürstadt . However, Bilek was unable to prevail among the professionals the following year. And even after relegation to third division, Ayhan Bilek only played one season in the 1986/87 season due to injury . He then moved to the promoted Türkiyemspor Berlin , where Ayhan Bilek ended his playing career two years later.
Coaching career
After his playing career ended early, Ayhan Bilek first became a coach at Türkiyemspor before moving on to BFC Preussen and finally becoming head coach there after a few years in 2008. In 2011 Ayhan Bilek moved to 1. FC Schöneberg as coach of the first team . There he managed to move up from the district league to the Berlin league in just a few years . However, in 2018, the move to seventh class had to be started after just one season.

Ayhan Bilek works in sales for a sporting goods manufacturer.
