Azufral or Azufral de Túquerres is a stratovolcano in the south of the South American state of Colombia in the area of the municipality of Túquerres in the Departamento de Nariño . The summit of the volcano consists of a caldera with a diameter of 2.5 km x 3 km and a rhyodacite lava dome complex. Lake Laguna Verde is located on the northwest side of the caldera. About a dozen lava domes are located in the caldera, the last of which were built around 3,600 years ago. There are some areas with fumaroles. There are no reliable scientific data on eruptions of the volcano.
