The bakery Happ GmbH & Co. KG , as a baker Happ called, is a company based in osthessischen Neuhof in the district of Fulda .
The company was founded in 1946 by Josef and Paula Weber in Mittelkalbach . In 1953 it moved to the current location in Neuhof. With the marriage of the eldest daughter Anita to Franz-Karl Happ - a master baker and confectioner and son of the Happ bakery in Flieden - the name that is still used today was adopted. The sons Christoph and Michael Happ have been running the family business in the third generation since 2005.
Deliveries are made (as of December 2018) to 54 specialist shops, branches and so-called pre-day shops in East Hesse . A total of more than 730 people are employed there and at the production and administration site. Around 80 different products related to baked goods are offered.
