Bérénice Lim Marlohe (born May 19, 1979 in Paris ) is a French actress and model who became famous in 2012 as Bond girl Sévérine in the 23rd James Bond film Skyfall .

Life

Marlohe was born in Paris. Her father, a doctor, has Chinese and Cambodian roots, her French mother is a teacher. Marlohe originally wanted to be a pianist .

Marlohe began her acting career in 2007 in French television productions. Among other things, she played in the film La Discordance and in two episodes of the series RIS - The Language of the Dead . In 2012 she starred alongside Sophie Marceau in the comedy And besides, the great luck ; her name was not mentioned in the credits. In 2012 she starred alongside Daniel Craig in the 23rd James Bond film Skyfall .
