The residential building at Böckinger Straße 7 is a peasant, gable-independent residential building that was built in the time after the Neckargartach fire in 1675 and expanded in 1791 by an eaves-facing wing.

The gable-facing building with plastered ornamental framework in the gable and on the upper floor dates back to the time after 1675. It is a two-story building, with the protruding half-timbered structure resting on a high, solid sandstone base. On a flying buttress rests a traufständiger half-timbered building, a barnyard was built over the 1791st Noteworthy is the date of the construction, which can be read on the basement neck, which is in the passage below the staircase.

history

In 1950 the building was owned by the widow Emma Gumprecht. In 1961 the farmer Gustav Gumprecht and the pensioner Marie Gumprecht were also registered there.
