The building with the postal address Böttcherstraße 30 or Ossenreyerstraße 25/26 is a listed building on Ossenreyerstraße on the corner of Böttcherstraße in Stralsund .
On the corner lot Ossenreyerstraße / Böttcherstrasse one was in the 18th century two-storey building in framework construction with pitched roof built. Around the middle of the 19th century, it was expanded with porches; while the three-storey building arose Ossenreyerstraße 25 and the two-storey building Ossenreyerstraße 26. By Stems was the building line changed; the original building was built behind today's building line.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 629.
