Böttcherstraße 26 (Stralsund)
The building with the postal address Böttcherstraße 26 is a building in Böttcherstraße in Stralsund , on the corner of Filterstraße .
After a listed building was demolished, a new building was erected here. The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”.
House from the monument protection list
The two-storey house, facing the Böttcherstraße gable , was built in the second half of the 19th century; in 1931 one was gables of brick placed. The brick gable was considered a testimony to the conscious reference to the medieval gabled house architecture of Stralsund.

Current condition
Instead of the old building, a new building was erected at the beginning of the 21st century, which is roughly based on the previous building.
