The plastered building was erected in the middle of the 18th century as a two-storey , six-axis , eaves-side house. At the beginning of the 21st century a projectile was added.
A cornice strip optically separates the floors. The arched portal is arranged in the second axis .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 123.
