It is located in the northern part of the old town on the west side of Bürgermeisterstraße. To the north, the building, which is also listed, borders Bürgermeisterstraße 4 .

Architecture and history

The three-story residential and commercial building was built around 1895 as a replacement building. The facade of the Wilhelminian style building is designed in the neo-baroque style.
