The BDH-Klinik Greifswald GmbH is a health company from Bonn, which has been running a hospital in the city of Greifswald since 1998 as a specialized center of the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for the care of severely cranial-brain damaged and paraplegic patients.

Departments
The BDH Clinic Greifswald has two specialist medical departments, neurological rehabilitation and early rehabilitation, with a focus on the severely craniocerebral and the paraplegic department. The intensive care units are occupied on an interdisciplinary basis and have ventilation positions and central monitoring. The diagnostics and therapy departments are cross-departmental service departments with specialist involvement in the ward teams.

Academically, the clinic is affiliated with the University of Greifswald as an institute . She is a member of the Department of Neuroscience at the Medical Faculty and conducts research for rehabilitation. The scientific activity of the affiliated institute includes projects that examine the mechanisms of the damaged function and its recovery, studies on the evaluation of measuring instruments, clinical-therapeutic studies as well as the systematic evaluation of the literature and the development of guidelines.
3-phase model
On the campus of the University Hospital in Greifswald , interlinked care from initial care at the accident site to professional integration is offered through cooperation with the University Hospital Greifswald and the Greifswald vocational training center (3-phase model). Also stroke patients from the Greifswald Stroke Unit (University Hospital) are treated.
