The steam locomotive series BEB IV was a freight train - steam locomotive series of the Buschtěhrad Railway Company (BEB).

history

The three type D freight locomotives purchased by the BEB were delivered by the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik in 1884. They were classified as BEB IV and were initially given the road numbers 201–203, then from 1887 301–303.

After nationalization in 1923, the three machines came to the Czechoslovak State Railways (ČSD), which gave them the designation 412.001–003. The locomotives in this series were taken out of service by 1949.

The ČSD also lined up three locomotives, which were structurally identical to the MÁV IVa , in the 412.0 series, namely as 412.004–006.
