Bad Lieutenant are an English new wave , alternative band. You founded New Order after Peter Hook left New Order .
history
After Peter Hook left New Order in 2009 , the remaining band members decided to continue making music under the name New Order. The band officially existed until the spring of 2009, when Bad Lieutenant were officially formed. At the same time they announced their album Never Cry Another Tear .
In addition to the Blur bassist Alex James , the former Joy Division and New Order drummer Stephen Morris also played on the album . Even though Stephen Morris is behind the drums live, he is not officially a member of the band. All also come with Tom Chapman (bass) to the live band.
As part of a European tour with various concerts in Great Britain, France and Germany, Bad Lieutenant played in Hamburg and Berlin in early December 2009.
